Peachy Keen Shake

When your taste buds scream--more peaches!  
 
Ingredients:
1 8-ounce carton raspberry low-fat yogurt
1 cup of unsweetened peach slices
1 tablespoon honey or sugar
1 1/2 cups skim or 1% milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
 

In a blender container, combine yogurt, peaches, and honey or sugar. Cover and blend until nearly smooth. Add skim or 1% milk and vanilla. Cover and blend until smooth. Pour into glasses. Serve immediately. Makes 4 (7 ounce) servings.

 

Nutrition facts per serving: 124 cal., 6 g. pro., 24 g carbo., 1 g fat, 4 mg chol, 1 g dietary fiber, and 80 mg sodium. Daily Value: 25% calcium.
