Cafe Latte

   
 
Ingredients:
1/3 cup French roast or espresso roast
  coffee (ground as directed)
1 cup cold water
2 cups Arps 2% milk
  Ground cinnamon, whipped cream, and/or sugar optional
   
 

Using a drip coffee maker, brew coffee according to manufacturer's directions, using 1 cup water.

Meanwhile, in a saucepan, warm Arps 2% milk over medium heat until very hot but not boiling Transfer milk to a food processor or blender. Cover; process or blend until frothy. (If you have an espresso machine with a steaming nozzle, heat and froth milk according to manufacturer's directions.

To serve, divide the brewed coffee among four 8-ounce coffee cups or latte bowls. Top each serving with froth, hot Arps milk. If desired, sprinkle each with cinnamon or chocolate and/or serve with whipped cream or sugar.

Makes 4 (6-ounce) servings.
