| Strawberry-Papaya Shake |

| Ingredients: |
| 1/2 |
cup Arps 2% Milk |
| 1/2 |
cup plain nonfat yogurt |
| 1/2 |
cup grest strawberries, hulled |
| 1/2 |
of a medium papays, seeded, peeled and chopped (about 3/4 cup) |
| 1 |
tablespoon honey |
| 3 |
large ice cubes |

In a blender container, combine Arps 2% milk, plain yogurt, strawberries, papaya, and honey. Cover and blend until smooth. With the blender running, add ice cubes, 1 at a time, through the openng in lid; blend until smooth. Pour into tall glasses; serve immediately.
