Garlic-Spinach Dip
Another 'Super' crowd pleaser.

Ingredients
  1. 1 10 oz. package frozen, chopped spinach, thawed
  2. 1 8 oz. package reduced-fat cream cheese (Neufchatel)
  3. 1/3 cup Arps milk
  4. 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  5. 1/8 tbsp. seasoned salt
  6. Dash bottled hot pepper sauce
  7. Toasted pita wedges or tortilla chips
Instructions
  1. Drain spinach well, pressing out excess liquid. In a blender container or food processor bowl, combine drained spinach, cream cheese, Arps milk, garlic powder, seasoned salt, and hot pepper sauce. Cover and blend or process until smooth. Transfer to a serving bowl. Serve with toasted pita wedges or tortilla chips. Makes about 1 3/4 cups.

Cheddar-Chive Dip
Just in time for Super Bowl entertaining.

Ingredients
  1. 1 8 oz. package reduced-fat cream cheese, softened
  2. 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese (4 oz.) room temp.
  3. 1/2 cup Arps milk
  4. 1 tbsp. spicy brown mustard
  5. 1 tbsp. snipped chives
  6. 1/4 tsp. pepper
  7. Assorted vegetable dippers
Instructions
  1. In a small mixing bowl, combine cream cheese and cheddar cheese; beat with an electric mixer on medium speed until combined. Gradually beat in Arps milk. Stir in brown mustard, chives, and pepper. Serve with vegetable dippers. Makes about 2 cups.

Cranberry-Orange Dip

  1. 1 8 oz. package reduced fat cream cheese, softened
  2. 1/4 cup Arps milk
  3. 1/4 cup dried snipped cranberries or dried tart cherries
  4. 2 tbsp orange marmalade
  5. 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
  6. 1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
  7. Assorted fruit dippers
Instructions
  1. In a small mixing bowl, beat together cream cheese and Arps milk with an electric mixer on medium speed until smooth. Stir in dried cranberries or dried cherries, orange marmaalade, ginger, and nutmeg. Serve with fruit dippers. Makes about 1 1/4 cups.

  4. 2 tsp dried dillweed
  5. 1/2 tsp. onion powder
  6. 1/4 tsp. pepper
  7. Assorted vegetable dippers
Instructions
  1. In a small mixing bowl, beat together cream cheese and Arps milk with an electric mixer on medium speed until smooth. Stir in mustard, dillweed, onion powder, and pepper. Serve with vegetable dippers. Makes about 1 1/4 cups.
