Ingredients
  1. 2 cups vanilla ice cream
  2. 1 cup unsweetened applesauce
  3. 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon or apple pie spice
  4. 1 cup Arps milk
  5. Ground cinnamon (optional)
Instructions
  1. Mix in a blender container, combine ice cream, applesauce, and the 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon or apple pie spice. Cover and blend until smooth. Add Arps milk. Cover and blend until just mixed. Pour into glasses. If desired, sprinkle each serving with additional cinnamon.
  2. Serve immediately and enjoy.
  3. Makes 4 (8-ounce) serving.

  3. 2 tsp. honey
  4. 2 Splash of ginger ale or 7-UP
Instructions
  1. In a blender container, combine Arps milk, yogurt, strawberries, and honey. Cover and blend until smooth. (For an extra creamy dream, add 1/2 cup strawberry ice cream or low fat raspberry frozen yogurt) Pour into a tall glass; serve immediately.

Ingredients
  1. 1/3 cup French roast or espresso roast coffee (ground as directed)
  2. 1 cup cold water
  3. 2 cups Arps milk
  4. Ground cinnamon, whipped cream, and/or sugar optional
Instructions
  1. Using a drip coffee maker, brew coffee according to manufacturer's directions, using 1 cup water.
  2. Meanwhile, in a saucepan, warm Arps milk over medium heat until very hot but not boiling Transfer milk to a food processor or blender. Cover; process or blend until frothy. (If you have an espresso machine with a steaming nozzle, heat and froth milk according to manufacturer's directions.
  3. To serve, divide the brewed coffee among four 8-ounce coffee cups or latte bowls. Top each serving with froth, hot Arps milk. If desired, sprinkle each with cinnamon or chocolate and/or serve with whipped cream or sugar.

Ingredients
  1. 4 cups Arps milk
  2. 1 tbsp instant or freeze-dried coffee
  3. 1/4 cup brown sugar
  4. 3 cinnamon sticks
  5. 6 cardamon pods (available in spice section of supermarket)
  6. 1/8 tsp grated nutmeg
  7. 1/8 tsp allspice cinnamon sticks (optional)
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients in a saucepan. Simmer, stirring to dissolve sugar and instant coffee, for five minutes over low heat. Don't let the mixture boil. Let the mixture steep off the heat for 20-30 minutes.
  2. Pour through a clean sieve or strainer. Serve either hot or cold. (Coffee Chai is delicious iced).
  3. Use optional cinnamon sticks as stirrers. Serves 4.

  2. 2 tbs. sweetened cocoa powder
  3. 2 tbs. caramel ice-cream topping or
  4. 1 tbs. instant coffee crystals
  5. Caramel ice-cream topping or
  6. ground cinnamon (optional)
Instructions
  1. In a small saucepan combine Arps milk, sweetened cocoa powder, and the 2 tablespoons topping or the coffee crystals. Cook and stir over medium heat until heated through.
  2. To serve, pour into 2 small mugs. If desired, top each serving with marshmallow creme or tiny marshmallows and drizzle with additional caramel ice-cream toping or sprinkle with ground cinnamon.

  1. 4 ripe peaches, peeled, pitted and quartered
  2. 1 8-ounce carton vanilla yogurt
  3. 1/2 cup Arps milk
  4. 2 tbs. brown sugar
  5. 1 dash ground nutmeg
  6. 4-6 large ice cubes
  7. Fresh Fruit Optional
Instructions
  1. In a blender container, combine peaches, vanilla, yogurt, Arps milk, brown sugar, and nutmeg. Cover and blend until thick and smooth. With the blender running, add ice cubes, 1 at a time, through the opening in lid.
  2. Blend until smooth. Pour into glasses, if desired, garnish with fresh fruit arranged on a short wooden skewer.

Ingredients
  1. 2 cups Arps milk
  2. 3/4 cup brewed espresso or double-strength coffee, perferably dark-roasted
  3. 2 tsp granulated sugar
  4. 2 oz. dark or bittersweet chocolate, chopped
Instructions
  1. The night before, fill an ice-cube tray with milk. Freeze solid. Chill brewed coffee in refrigerator. Finish in two batches, so the blender won't overflow: place half the milk cubes in the container. Add half the coffee and one teaspoon of the sugar and blend until smooth. Add one ounce chopped chocolate and blend 10-30 seconds, until chocolate is well blended. Pour into tall frosted glasses and repeat with the remaining ingredients.

  2. 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
  3. 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  4. 4 Caramel ice-cream topping or cinnamon stick for garnish (optional)
Instructions
  1. In a large, heavy saucepan over medium-high heat, cook the milk until it is hot and almost boiling, stirring occasionally.
  2. Stir in the cinnamon, vanilla and almond extracts and continue to heat for 1 minute.
  3. Pour the mixture into a heat-proof pitcher and serve. Garnish each serving with a cinnamon stick
  4. stirrer, if desired.

This shake can also be poured into freezer-pop containers for a dreamsicle snack.

  2. 1 8 ounce can crushed pineapple (juice pack), chilled
  3. 1/2 of 6 ounce can frozen orange juice concentrate (1/3 cup)
  4. 1 1/2 cups vanilla low-fat ice cream
  5. 1 cup Arps milk
  6. Shredded coconut, toasted
Instructions
  1. In a blender container, combine banana, undrained pineapple and orange juice concentrate. Cover and blend until almost smooth. Add low-fat ice cream and Arps skim or 1% milk. cover and blend until smooth. Pour into glasses. Top each serving with a little toasted coconut if desired. Serve immediately.
