Why Does Arp’s Milk Taste So Good??

[vc_row full_width=”” parallax=”” parallax_image=”” ses_title=”” align_title=”left” ses_sub_title=”” wrap_class=”” fullwidth=”no”][vc_column width=”1/1″ wap_class=”” wap_id=”” title=””][vc_column_text]Most creameries today will hot separate their milk , as it offers improved separation efficiency , but more so it increases capacity for production lines.

We here at Arps believe that taste still trumps production capacity, so we are one of the few who cold separate.

It makes sense; bacterial growth is lower at colder temps, and why waste energy heating up the milk? Heat also impacts the proteins in the milk, so less is better

Better taste and less energy used is a win for all![/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
